Award for Excellence in Adult Literacy Service



The Coalition wishes to recognize adult literacy provider organizations in Tennessee for outstanding work they do to help adult learners achieve their goals.  This award is presented annually to the applicant organization whose submitted programs best demonstrates achievement in serving adult learners through a significant classroom or tutoring success, a resource development success, or an effective volunteer mobilization or learner outreach.  One $500 award will be presented to the applicant organization that best demonstrates achievement in serving adult learners in Tennessee, and for the first time, finalists will be recognized with a $100 award.
